As above just fit a set of oem lights as those angel ones are pretty awful, you can sell them on so it won't cost you anything, also black kidney grills look decent.
E36 M3 wheels will suit it, just swerve any 'M' badges on the bootlid ;)

40k is clearly way too much, but then some would say 20k is too much for a clio/megane/focus etc
