Guys How much would you be looking at to get a motor rebuilt as new to standard spec ? Nothing updated, just take an old motor and rebuild back up with all new parts by one of the reputable specialists

Can anyone tell me what to torque the torque bar engine mount up to? Had a search but couldn't find it, cars a clio 200. Cheers

as above, at the moment fitting a new engine in with all new cam belt an dephaser, have I got to do anything before I start it up as this is all new to me? Thanks

I brought some paint from halfords to spray some blanks the other day and was wondering whether I could spray the engine cover with it aswel. I would of thought I would need some high temp stuff but someone said it would be fine, seein if anyone new on here new?

Basically as title states, i usually opt for Fuchs Titan Race S 5w-40 oil but the prices are pretty steep for it atm! What have people used that is just as good? And not so pricey! Cheers
