Hi, Struggling with the mother's photos on her iPhone. I'm wondering how you guys manage and organise your photos, or how you have set it up. Currently, she hooks up the iPhone to her computer and syncs the photos since last time, which creates a folder with a time/date but she doesn't want...

Anyone any idea why this happens. In the note app that comes as standard, I've made a few notes, then they seem to disappear. This happened a while ago then randomly one day they were all there again. ​Austin

So I edited a photo thinking it'd be sweet as the original would save somewhere or at least I'd have a copy anyway but it's not saved in either and I now just have an edited version. Is there anyway to get the original back, any software or maybe when I plug my phone into my laptop it might...

Recently I have noticed that the eBay app no longer goes to Paypal to select the card I want to use. Instead it will just use the first card on the Paypal account which is really annoying as it usually isn't the one I want to use. Anyone else noticed this or know of a way to fix it? Thanks...

Okay so for no rhyme or reason my iPhone 5 has started running like a bag of dicks. No apps in the background open, nothing new added to the phone. Its a 32gb, with a lot of free space left. I've tried completely clearing the inbox, doing a hard reset etc. Whats going on here?

Hi all After some advice. The lock button on top of my iPhone 5 has stopped working pretty much, really have to press it in and wiggle it to get it to work. The phone was new in November last year time so less than a year old. Is this covered by warranty and who should I talk to about...

If I buy an iPhone from an Apple store in USA will it work over here with an O2 sim in? Or do they vary slightly from country to country in terms of comparability?

Woke up this morning to all of my deleted pictures back in my photo stream. Its limiting the library to only 1000 pictures so every time I take one it deletes an the first one. So I've probably lost 800 actual pictures which I would have wanted to keep. I dont use iCloud so it cant be that...

Is there anyway to actually recover lost data after a system restore? I've tried a few things to no avail, lots of the software online seems poor/scams. Anything work or is it a lost cause? Iphone hasn't been backed up etc!

Why is there no option to 'Get Info' on a photo whilst in your photo-stream on iPhone? Quite often I like to see a date and time I took a photo but cant find anyway of doing this. I guess you may be able to do it via iPhoto but I don't use that piece of s**t.

So basically my mate has an iphone 4 which he's never updated. It doesn't have the over the air software update option. He doesn't have a PC either.. Is there anyway for him to update and back everything up to iCloud?

I have received a sealed iphone 5 from my insurance company as a replacement and i would like to sell it, only problem is i have no idea if its unlocked or not. i have emailed my insurance company asking but is there any other ways of finding out, using the IMEI number or asking apple for example?
