liquid yellow

Also saw it on the Windsor bypass the other week, I was in RB 182 Cup.

Met up with a mate from work yesterday to have a play with his SLR camera. Artificial light is pretty crap and im eager to capture the liquid yellow in full sunshine but until then we figured a nice empty basement carpark would suffice and some outdoor shots from the local business estate...

I'm toying with the idea of doing a liquid yellow respray on my 172 Phase 1. I've only ever seen the colour in photos, so I'm wondering is it as nice as it looks ? If I do go ahead with it it will be a proper job, completely stripped, glass out. Looking like I'm gonna be an unemployed painter...

Not sure what it was - 51 plate, but had phase 2 rear bumpers and some Renault Sport (or similar) stickers on the rear quarters. Couldn't see much of an exhaust so that and the plate thinking it may possible be a copy, but from what I saw it looked a good one anyway.

Would love to see any pics of LY with black 182 wheels pref. Or any black wheels. Mine are silver and need to be re-painted darker!! Post away or someone find a LY and Photoshop the wheels and post it up as I have no pics of the 182 on the phone :( cheers :-D
