Recently I've been having issues with most radio stations apart from radio1. I'll select a station such as heart, Mercia etc it'll work great for 10 seconds or so and then start searching for the station again. The signal must be ok as it sounds fine to start with, anyone else have this problem?

Hi, I read the radio code thread, and found a free place via google for obtaining the code. However when I removed the stereo from our 172 the sticker with the barcode/pre-code was missing! All I can find on the radio is a small sticker underneath which has a barcode (but no numbers...

Does the radio in Mk2's (182) just use a standard generic 2 pronged fork to unlock it and slide out?? I need to get the radio out of the dash to check the code on the side/ back to get a new radio code, but dont have any forks, do renault do them??

Should the radio display/clock LCD be backlit all the time, or just with headlights? Mine is dim in the day and unreadable at night. The LCD is working though, but just want to know if the LCD is dimmer than it should be and the backlight is blown, or it's just the backlight and LCD is fine.
