1.2 16v Engine Oil

Which engine oil is best for a 1.2 16v?
Not sure of which is better 5w-40 or 10w-40?
Was looking at castrol, although is Triple Qx any good?

5w-40 anything is fine on a 1.2!

I usually put motul 8100 5w40 fully synth in my 1.2 16v

Castrol don't seem to make a 5w-40, would a 5w-30 be fine or is it better getting a 5w-40

Dont put 5w30.. too thin!
