1.4 16v W Reg Timing.



How can i time up a 1.4 16V W Reg.

I've got it all apart just tring to get the timing right.


I've not got the renault tool.

yes thats correct.
 
  ITB'd MK1
procedure isn't much different to a 172, but you have to use the specific screw in crank pin (same as K9K 1.5 dci) rather than just a push in pin like the F4R. Cam pulleys are locked with a plate with pins rather than locked sprocket engagement.

100% make sure you fit a new water pump
