1.7turbo 440 engine

I dont know much about this transplant but ive herd that it fits onto a clio gearbox, i know these are comonly done in mk1 clios so i presume its a gearbox out of a mk1 clio and wouldnt be compatable with the mk2 ph1 gearbox?

is there one for sale? lol hmmm i can have a look but i need the info on the gear box as ive also herd that the r5 gtt engine is a streight fit to gear box but im not sure if theres truth behind it?

they fit a jb3 or jc5 box iirc
