I'd estmate your speedo is out by quite a bit.

When I used to run an Origin b2 my speedo was 3 mph optimistic at 30 mph, and 3 mph optimistic at 110 mph.

Never verified higher than that so I probably hit a genuine 120-121 in 4th.
