The lack of torque from 7-8k rpm in 4th is noticeable...it hits a brick wall. Ran out of runway for 5th, shame.

well I would have thought peak torque is probably between 3500-4000rpm so it would be starting to tail off anyway, but in fourth gear you have to take into account that drag is going to have a significant affect on the acceleration.

High power reletively small n/a engine I don't think you'll get away from it.

R-Sport ECU - off the shelf but gives you an extra 500rpm to play with so it's limited at 7,750.

Yup, got the airbag light too but that's it...no emissions light after 95k miles on a decat!

I think there's something wrong with it tbh...I mean...look at this (the video confirms this graph)...it's not supposed to drop off like that is it...

Only realy driveable up to 6,500 if I want to get anywhere in a hurry

that torque is quite normal bud. theres only ways to make it hold on further up are cams, itbs head work or a turbo , rapid as hell tho pulls very well
