14" wheels - do they fit on 1*2 & what size wheels on base models?

Still have some old 14" tyres from my 205 rallycar sale, might keep them if I can whack on a set of base model steelies, assuming they are 14"?

no. i think 15" is the smallest you can go to get the wheels over the brakes.
