16v induction kits??

Car  ITB 16v hybrid
I'm hopefully picking up a valver for myself tomoro :approve: and was wondering if there is any noticble power when puting an I/K on a valver or whether it is best to keep the standard airbox???? If I/K is better what one(s) would you 16v owners recommend??
cheers
matt

Most feel standard is best, with a replacement element.

I've got a Pipercross Viper IK on mine which make a noticeable improvement!

It's up to you though if you think it's worth the price though....

Standard isn't best, but I'll agree it's most cost efficient.

There are gains to be had from having a proper enclosed IK.

Tom do you know what size the breather filters are ?

Not off hand mate, I can have a look.

Do I just measure the diametre of it?

Sorry, not very clever when it comes to engines lol!

yea, just pull em off and measure the I.D of em

i need to get some you see and id rather have them ready to put on, than having to take everything off, put it back on again, then take it off and fit the BMC

Well a slightly modified standard one was good enough for the grp a williams...can't see anything else being noticeably better and worth paying more for...
