172/182/cup insurance

just a quick question folks, are any of the 172/182scups etc, any different to insure, or are they all in the same bracket?

I know the 172 cup is different to insure as it has no Abs etc, so insurance company tend not to give insurance on that model

yep, my cup is more expensive than my old 250bhp cupra was!

All the same insurance group wise apart from the Trophy which is one higher.

Some companies will flat refuse to insure the 172 Cup because of the lack of ABS.

Trophy's are sometimes more expensive due to the cost of new suspension parts.
