172/182 Upper Grill

Does anyone know the part number for the mk2 ph2 182 upper front grill as a pigeon has decided to fly right into mine and crack it so thought I'd replace it with a sport one as they look miles better imo, and I wanted to ring my local Stealers for a price....

Just been to my local stealers and they reckon the Sport Grill won't fit my Dynamique, is this true or were they spinning me a line....:S

Just wanted to check before I shelled out my hard earned, I thought it would as I have seen a couple of non RS Clio's with Sport grills....

One more thing (I know I'm a pain), is it a straight swap or is any modification needed to the Sport grill to fit to my Dynamique as I have the mechanical knowledge of a tortoise....

deff fit, only ajustment is the plate on the back which protects the altenator wont fit but it can be bodged

Bodged = Cable Tie

Not as bad as it seems, can't be seen from the outside.

mine just went straight on fine and dandy with nothing to change or BODGE!

Well for some reason the alternator rain cover didn't fit on mine properly as it was too short to reach the clips at the top. Don't know why as the clips and positions look exactly the same.
