172 Brake pads

Car  V6 230
Hi,
My brake warning light stsrted flickering this week and saw on previous threads that it was probably fluid so checked fluid level and had to top up brake fluid reservoir by approx 200ml last nite which is quite a bit so goin to check pad and disc wear tomorrow to see how worn they are and replace if neccessary.

Does anyone know the official minimum thicknesses for front and rear discs and pads??

Also which are the best "road" pads available, as not intending to do any track days just yet :)

200ml? thats over half (roughly) the reservoir i think LOL

i dont think there is a minimum thickness, just common sense, and when you hear the grinding noise.

No point hanging around though, playing with your brake life is playing with your own life.

just stick with stocks if ure not planning on doing loads of track days
