172 cat back exhaust bangin on rear axle

i have a piper/gdi cat back recessed exhaust which i love but as soon as people are in the back it hits the rear axle, its not the rear exhaust hanger as it sits perfect in the bumper. I think the only adjustment would be the middle hanger but i cant see a way of getting it closer to the car so it wont clash with the axle..any ideas?

You need to pack the rear mount with something. I used some re-inforced rubber hose and cable ties. Can still move back and forth with heat expansion but stops it banging.
