172 conversion.

hi all, ive got an 8v and wanted to no how much work will have to in to putting a 172 engine into it. i work at a garage so i have mechanical skill i was just wondering if anyone has done it and ifs as simple as new loom ecu n bolt it in or more complexed things. thanks

Lots have done it, infact Im sure theres a guide lurking around in the forum somewhere. Is your car a ph1 or 2??

electronically its not that striaght forward
