172 Cup Brake Balance

  Clio 172 Cup
I know that the balance on the Cups doesn't adjust based on weight like the standard 172s, but as mine is lowered I'm finding that the rear balance is way off and the tail gets happy under heavy pedal load.

Is there any way to adjust it from the factory settings to provide a more rearward bias and give more even braking?

buy a bias valve and bar from a 1.2 clio without ABS or an inline bias valve
How easy would these be to setup for the cars weight/balance, I presume the spring mounts the rear suspension to counter for loading weight, but I'd guess that the 1.2 weight distribution would be quite different, along with the suspension height etc.

Do you reckon this would this be something suited to a proper suspension fettler who could check corner-weights and geometry to ensure the entire package is setup just right?
