172 Cup - KW coilovers fitted

Car  Mini JCW
After an afternoon supervising Pepsi and Gray while they fitted some KW V1 coilovers to my Cup (cheers lads:cool:), I thought it was only right I got some photos of it :

Loving the exhaust.

Car looks nice imo. Not into the "decked" look. More important how it handles.
 
Front and back imo. Still looks great though. That exhaust very very nice.:approve:
 
^^^ Jamie - I agree tbh - I didn't buy them with the intention of just slamming the car as far as possible as that would ruin the point of owning an RS clio imo.

Handlings spot on though - firm and assured in the corners but not crashy :)
 
did you just bolt them on as they came or did you adjust them beforehand? thinking of getting coilies for my cup
 
You trusted pepsi with suspension!!?! ... me too ;)

Id say 10mm lower at the front, i wouldnt know how much that would affect the handling though.

Its a Piper cat-back system, 2.5" internal diameter with a 3" outwardly rolled tailpipe and the recess cut in by myself :)

After I said it was a nice exhaust is all I meant.

The KW rears do not lower much at all.. that is set to max low! But it looks perfect tbh.

Looking at those photos the front could do with another -10mm, But it does look alot better in real life!

How was the drive home?

Are these V1 or V2?

I am also waiting for my KW V1 Basic to arrive......I can´t wait!!!!

Looks good mate, but oddly I thought it looked lower yesterday then it does in the pictures.

Shame they don't make it quite as fast as my bike on a straight though....;)

The drive home was great tbh, very impressed with them and they make me a lot more confident to push the car in the corners :)

I agree about lowering the front a tad more - for some reason it looks a lower in real life, wlthough I don't see how the photos can lie lol:S

Re : The caliper paint - I'm unsure what paint it is, as they were painted by a previous owner - although they are going black or silver next :)
