172 - Cup Vs FF Suspension

I know the cup is lower than the FF but by how much?
Is it just different springs, or are the dampers different aswell?
Finally is it true the cups have a wider track, how is this achieved - Is it just wheel spacers?

Can anyone recommend a good spring kit, im looking at Apex 30mm or Gmax 25mm, either of these any good?

No neither are any good.

The only option for springs is eibach.

Cup was 5mm at the front 7 at the back from memory but the tolerances were tigthening up as ell so ibnfact a normal 172 could be lower both front and rear than a Cup.

Wider rear track ever so slightly via the rear axle setup its tiny though.
