Well I think it was a Cup anyway, there are too many shades of Blue lol. I also have no idea where I saw you, other than it was somewhere between the Dream sculpture at Sutton Manor/Clock Face kinda way and getting back to the M62.. really wasn't paying attention to where I was!
Waved as you went passed in the opposite direction, looked like a guy with short dark hair; that's all I know.
