172 Drivers seat

Hi all, I've got a problen with the front drivers seat. I had the lumbar bit turned right up but when I was driving today I heard a loudish click and it went down. I've turned the wheel on the side of the seat but it doesn't do anything now. Does anyone know what could be wrong with it?

and maybe take it to a retrim place.. they can remove the cover for you and you might be able to solve it once the cover is off....
