172 engine info needed..help.

i need to find out the following about the 172 engine.
>what is the valve lift and cam lift
>what are the sizes of the valves inlet and exhaust
>what is the diamiter of the throttle body at the butterfly
>what is the compresion ratio ran on this engine as standard
what are the bore and stroke figures?

-Valve lift = 10.8mm
-Cam lift = (Rocker ratio of 1.97) 5.48mm
-Inlet valve dia = 33.5mm
-Exhaust valve dia = 29mm
-TB size 62mm
- CR 11-11.2:1
- bore/stroke as said
