Hello
I've just changed my starter motor and thanks to the info here it's been reasonably easy.
During the process a couple of the exhaust manifold studs unscrewed from the head. Do I replace these with Loctite or some kind of anti-seize? I've just bought some Loctite Super Stud Lock 263 (replaces 270/271 according to the label) which is high strength and meant to be able to handle high temperatures. I don't want to use something now that will cause problems later.
I'm having problems with the starter motor wiring. Which terminal does the rd wire go to? A pic would be great (I have searched and nothing was helpful).
Thanks.
Vaughan
