172 mk 2 wheels on a 1.2 quick shift clio

would it be a straight swap to put 16" 172 alloys on a mk 2 1.2 4 door quick shift 5 auto box clio?

or are the wheels different (angles and sh*t?)

please advise me cos i dont want to ruin a good set of tyres!

mmmmmm, yep should be ok, I think the offset should be ok, they will go on its just a matter of how far they stick out, or stick in.

get 5 mm spacers for the rears incase, I know u need them for a 3 door
