if i am not mistaken, the front tyre pressures in the manual say 39 psi, but the steering feels very light as if the tryes are over in flated - is this correct?????

do a search, I had my at 32 all round, Mk1 172 though

32 front, 30s back. Is how I have them on mine.

I have 30 all round in mine, mk1 with mk2 alloys and Exaltos.

I tend to find that just put it what looks right (Just touching the sidewall) then see how it handles.

33/31 for me, manual IIRC says something daft like 30.5
