172 rear bearings

You need a bearing press or a vice with a socket the right size to squeeze it out.

Easiest way is to buy new discs with the bearing already pressed in

As above, buy new discs with them pressed in, £100ish from Renault.

so are they easy to fit when bought like this? as im looking at doing this in the next few weeks too.

Very easy, there is a guide on here. Mine took quite a bit of hammering off though.

172 cup owners contact me regarding rear discs with bearings in as i sell these without abs rings so I am cheaper them oem. ;)

all you need is a bit of 52 mm bar and a big vice and some tube to extend the handle of the vice takes some serious pressure to press them in though :evil:
your looking at £50+ for bearings alone so might be easier to buy discs with them already in
