You need a bearing press or a vice with a socket the right size to squeeze it out.

Easiest way is to buy new discs with the bearing already pressed in

Just buy new discs from G 172, bearings already pressed in. And good price excellent service.

all you need is a bit of 52 mm bar and a big vice and some tube to extend the handle of the vice takes some serious pressure to press them in though :evil:
your looking at £50+ for bearings alone so might be easier to buy discs with them already in

Don't forget the bearing shims before you put the disc on!
