172 squeaky seat, movement. fix?

As above my 172 interior is feeling the effects of 100k I think.

Drivers seat has a fair bit of play in it now and squeaks when I'm driving, as it moves when accelerating and braking.

Can this be fixed?

I have searched but can't find much......

replace the seat rails, it fixed mine.
