Just thinking, if Renault had it on Clip, will they have the results of my CAN test from when they had it in for Diagnostics?!

if so I'll call them up and get the results and forward them onto you

Renault don't normally know how to use there own equipment. Unless it's an RTE I wouldn't trust them to resolve the issue.
