172 Tyre Choice.

I have a mate in the tyre biz and asked him for prices for tyres for my Cup.

This is the ones he has in stock.

Contis (same as the ones on the car) - £50 each

Fulda Extremo - £40 each

Yokohama A539s - £40 each.

What should I go for?

Sorry, busy at work. Got the Exaltos on mytyres.co.uk for £68 each, supposed to be the best tyres available. Cant wait to drive home from work tomorrow already

Agreed, they dont have as much grip as some but they seem to wear ok and are very predictable on the limit IMHO.

Got the Fuldas. First impressions are that they are pretty good in the wet, but will find out how they are in the dry when, erm let me think....March maybe? Living in Scotland has its downfalls!
