Passed you at around 4:30 this afternoon. Just when it started to p1ss down! Could see much, but noticed you when you were sort of along side of me. I was going towards Mundells roundabout, you were coming away from it towards welwyn bypass

It was torrential rain and couldnt see bugger all out me windows. Only noticed the car come past me
