182 crap radio reception

The radio reception has always been rather dodgy in my 182. I took it to the stealers but they can’t seem to find a fault and claim its fine. I do get a good signal at times but it often goes fuzzy for a few secs when just driving about (I’m in Aberdeen and my valver never had this problem). Any ideas what might be causing it and how I can go about getting it fixed?

i get a great reception on mine, stations im sure i shouldnt get as im that far away really..

mine seems a bit dodgy actually bu only on kiss fm when there are high buildings. Maybe its the stations you listen to? Who knows - check your aerial is tightly screwed in as the contact might not be good.

I get interference off mini cabs or people with those Itrip fm transmitters. I also find that when I spray my windscreen spray the speakers hiss.

Mines a bit dodgy too... Its fine most of the time, but occasionally Ill get a split second glitch. I get a hiss when I spray my rear screen and to be honest I cant make my mind up if its coming from the speakers, or just the sound of the water being pumped through the pipe at pressure.
