182 Cup suspension on Phase 1 172

Hi guys im new to the renaultsport and my clio 172 phase 1. i have come across a set of springs and shocks from a 54plate 182 cup. will these fit my phase 1 172?

sorry if this has been covered before i have had a quick look but no luck.

Is there anything wrong with your current suspension?

Nah it won't fit. 172 cup shocks will fit and you can pick x4 brand new shocks or around £190.

Damn! ok, well i have a shock leaking on the O/S/F and was looking for a replacement when a friend of mine offered me the 182 cup set up on the cheap! such a shame

And that's right. They won't fit. The Hub spacing is different!
If your looking for a simple upgrade, a set of springs will be a good start!

I have a n/s/f shock/spring for ph1. Can't remember the condition of it. But I could check it out for you. Could be yours. Where abouts are you?
