182 cup suspension

Car  Mk2 172
i have a 182 cup and im considering changing the suspension for something harder, lower and more related to track use. what are my best options? I read that awful thing in that french cars mag about there 172 and there nitemare with the coilovers they had fitted! Are they all like this or is there something out there that is a genuine good upgrade from the cup equiptment? Any help will be much appreciated.

i ran H&R coilovers, they did the job pretty well, on track and road.

£720 delivered if u want a set :D

Why do you want to change it?Do you track it all the time?If not then I'd leave it as it is

Even on the road, the H&R's ride so much nicer than the stock set up which crashes over bumps. The coilovers damping is so much better.

I run H&R's on my cup as well

The report on LEDA's was a bit harsh tbh, i'd always heard them about being an awesome bit of kit, if a bit harsh for road driving. Spoke to Mark Fish about it and he said he's never had a problem with LEDA's and he can get one of the best setups out of them
