182 exhaust manifold knocking on arb?

Hi guys,

Bit of Advice needed -
I can feel a vibration under loadon my 182 when the car is is warm. Definitely feels like my exhaust manifold is vibrating against metal. I had a look underneath and top paint coat of my front arb is all rubbed off, exactly In line with exhaust manifold but with about an inch clearance.

I have polybush dogmount already as well as recent new oe engine and gearbox mount.

Can the engine rock enough under load to vibrate against arb?

Any cures? I feel it's a good excuse for solid engine and gbox mount.

It's why the later 182 manifolds come with a dent on them from the factory. Renault approved "fix"

Poly mounts. Janspeed Ktec exhaust sits perfectly and fairly loose in the mounts.

I'm 99% sure it's the exhaust manifold.
