Well, its back out of the garage after THREE days of warranty work.
They fixed:
1) oil leak from the camshaft cover / bolts - to fix common 182 oil leak
2) brake pedal switch - to fix the brake lights not coming on when pedal depressed slightly
3) timing belt replaced - to fix the missfire when cold
4) engine clunk - STILL not sorted, has to go to Sighthill Edinburgh for this
It remains to be seen if the missfire is sorted, although it didnt do it this morning when it was pretty cold; so it appears to be sorted.
