182, Knocking, vibrating and scrapping noise?

Hi all, after driving back from devon last night the 182 has suddenley developed some very dodgy noises! the most concerning is when im steering left/right or making sharp turns around car parks somethings scrapping or catching somewhere, and i carnt see anything that could be catching!? i could have possibly caught the bottom front of the car, not the splitter closer to the engine, as i had to drive a very dodgy gravel track.
Also when the cluch is about half way down theres a knockinng and vibratting noise at slow speeds thats really starting to worry me any possibliities welcome !

It sounds like it might be a driveshaft (or driveshafts)
