182 rear brakes, hub touching disc

I heard a grinding noise coming from the rear passenger side brakes and i could feel a scraping throught the brake pedal so i took the wheel off to find that the actual hub was touching the disc and grinding on it!

I asked my mate whos a mechanic and he said hes never seen anything like it and wasnt sure how to fix it. Anyone had the same problem or any ideas of what to do? :S

There should be a washer plate between the back of the disc and the hub. Did someone forget to fit it?

I did change them myself but im sure i put everything back on that came off, its only started happening recently but i changed the discs a couple of months ago

Did the discs come with bearings?? If not where the new ones fully pressed into the back of the discs.

yeah they came pre pressed in mate, the other side is fine aswell no problems with that one at all
