182 rear Bumper small Black Strip Removal

Hi, im looking to remove the rear bumper strip on the 182 so i can have this done in carbon fibre. Its the long black plastic bit in the middle, very small though above the exhaust. Any ideas on how to remove it? Think would look good in carbon, along with the cup splitter and fog light surrounds im getting.

Its held in by clips, push them out from the other side, may require some force.

Ok great, ill give that a go on me day off. Can i get to it without taking the bumper off. Thanks

easiest way is to just take the bumper off.. as the polystyrene impacter will prob get in the way, plus the clips holding the strip on are quite tight and hard to undo..

or you could just buy a new one here http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=390072

means you can replace it when ever selling as not everyone likes carbon fibre
