182 Renault cd changer

Just gonna buy a brand new 182 ( import ) but it only has the cabasse head unit and no cd changer . I've seen a couple for sale on ebay Alpine 6 cd changer and vdo Dayton 6 cd changer . Which one is the best and will i have the wires under the passenger seat so i can just plug it straight in or will i need to run a cable to the back of the head unit .
Any advice would be much appreciated .

IMO change the headunit and get a CD changer at the same time.

So long as you get one with a proper lead they will both just plug in and go.
