182 sprung a leak!

Hi guys reversed into my parking bay, a slight gradient. Noticed water on the floor and traced it to near the drivers side wheel arch. It's definitely not oil, turned the engine off and it stops leaking, turned the a/c off and it also stops leaking?! A/c needs gassing and I also noticed the coolant level is a good few inches over max, serviced by renault. Hope this can help give an indication, also I have no dash lights on and everything is working fine so I'm ruling out water pump. Thanks
