182 vs 197 Wheel Bolts

Can anybody clarify if there both the same (length, size, pitch, etc)

I have the chance to grab some polarised TPI wheel bolts inc locking wheels bolts off a standard 197 and wanted to know if they would fit my 182.

My 182 has 2118's and no spacers.

The 197's have thicker bolts and won't fit 1*2's
