like i said before couldn't give a flying f##k if there fast, it's just my opinion that there s###Jambo182
You wouldn't see which way a VX220 went on a track. Fact.
so basically for givin my opinion on a car i get slated, then you get k##bs like mcbunny givin it the biggin
Debadge itbut it's badged up vauxhall so that gets my disapproval straight away, if it was badged up something else i wud be cool with itthe vx220 is a series 2 elise chassis with a different engine and clams
along with elise it really is the best handling affordable car out there (that you can use day to day)

Dare i say it..>For the money i reckon the VX was better than the exige...(Going by Justin's- ANd i drove both) I liked them.

imho the exige looks better but the tubby is a freaking animal when its fettled with
well if you 'slammed' the vx220 it would be scraping off the floor, of course lowering a car makes it better handling imo, since lowering mine i'v certainly felt the differenceAnother point:
He clearly thinks that slamming a car makes it handle better. Renault don't spend millions on chassis engineering for nothing. Stiff ride does not equal good handling. Grip alone does not make good handling. A slammed Clio may be better on a track, but on a real road I would bet a months wages that a standard or lightly lowered model would spank your arse into the kitty litter.
The VX220/Elise handles better because Lotus know what they are doing, and have done for a long time. Ever noticed how you don't see a 'slammed' VX220? Because it would knacker it up. Simple.
probs the clio coz vauxhalls can't handle 4 s##t

well i'l go and part ex my clio for a vx look like a t##t for a couple of days then go and get another clioDare i say it..>For the money i reckon the VX was better than the exige...(Going by Justin's- ANd i drove both) I liked them.
Your bang on there! VXT half the price of the exige.. Still had to own the lotus though
Quite frankly Jambo, if you havent driven one, your not entitled to an opinion

From the sounds of it, he shouldnt be let out on his own! Let alone entitled to an opinion.

wouldn't waste my money on a vx personally there s##tClearly some noob who has never driven one
Any vx220 would hump a 182 on track

In your opinion.
Lowering a small amount can help, but too much (slamming) plays havoc with your geometry, ride and steering.
Next time you see an Elise or VX220, have a proper look. They have a fair amount of ride height, supple suspension and reasonably skinny tyres....
Wrong. The lower the car, the better the handling
