197/200 brembos on my 182

Hi guys I have my 197 calipers being rebuilt at the mo and the guy rebuilding them can machine them down to fit on my car with 280mm discs, but I need to know what needs machining and what measurements so I can let him know, I've had a search and couldn't find my answers, any help would be brilliant, I have been told them it's 5mm but I want to make sure ...

Yeah it's 5mm off the mounting face mate.
