197 Cambelt swap question

In the middle of my first F4R Cambelt, and I'm positive I read someone on here a while back (@Brigsy comes to mind?!) saying they go OVER the torque setting for the dephaser and exhaust cam nuts. I've had a search and cant find anything so I'm now doubting myself

Was common on the 1*2 to go over by about 10Nm on the dephaser just to make sure.

I went a bit tighter on my 172, but on the meganes i just use stock torque settings and never had one move. Just make sure cam ends and pulleys are cleaned up with brake cleaner.

Inlet/Depahser pulley bolt: 30Nm then torque to 100nm... job done!
