197 F1 suspension vs standard 197 suspension

Does anyone know how different these set ups are? handling, height difference etc..? Any info would be good. cheers steve

7mm lower, stiffer springs, and i believe a slightly bigger arb. Thats about it iirc

nice 1 gaz, seen some up for sale and tempted to get them just not sure i would notice much difference

So could I just swap the springs over? Sorry for my ignorance if this is a stupid question

springs are 27% stiffer at front, 30% stiffer rear and dampers 10% stiffer all round.
