Yo,
I was going to stick these in the 'What have you done to your car today?' topic but I thought I'd whore a full new topic instead. Gave the 197 some TLC this morning, fitted new TRW droplinks, replaced the aerial for a stubby alternative (thanks for the support @Typhoon & @james24785 ), also added a little badge to the rear that I'm gonna trial for a bit as I'm still on the fence (purely due to the size!).
Pics!

Looks nice, a rear spoiler would really finish it off though
Cheers lad, a wing is on my list, although not a fan of the cup wing so I'll probably go for the sprint.

Looks great. I'm not sure I'm feeling the badge though.
Still on the fence, won't lie, forget it's there half the time it's that small. Was only £4 so it's a throwaway.

Cheers for the other comments!

Indeed mate, I've got a Saturday ticket - I'd be happy to let you investigate the work carried out!

A few things have occurred this week, on Monday I had the car at Bram Racing in Ponte to have a set of H&R 30mm springs fitted, as well as a set of brand new replacement front cup dampers too.
Just want to mention anyone in the Yorkshire area (or further for that matter) need any work doing or an alignment done I fully recommend Bram, Brad did an awesome job and treated the car like it was his own, triple checking everything and cleaning every component in the process. As I'm a hopeless non-mechanic I just paid attention to their dog instead whilst supping a brew!
An alignment was done, the drivers side rear toe was a bit out but a few nuts loosened and a large stick inserted and wobbled resulted with a nice green toe.

Along with the 19mm spacers it's sitting really sweet now, the springs are nowhere near as firm as I thought they'd be, handling is better too, those roundabouts and car park spaces are tackled with ease! There's a scrape when I go over speed bumps which I've identified as the plastic panel under the engine, its drooping somewhat so I'll need to get under and sort that out.
Attended CSF on Saturday with a few of the Yorkshire lads, great day out and brilliantly organised, credit to the admin team. Mine was parked on the right as soon as you came in.

Some absolutely awesome machines there, the turbo'd Renault van, the abundance of Renault 5s, the Clio Cup cars. Favourite cars to watch were probably the 'charged Saxo (@leeds_182) & Trophy (@RMDavis ), as well as the bronze Civic and the C63 Merc.
Tonight I found a quiet road to take some road pics, had a few mucky looks from some truck drivers but ah well, enjoy!

Nothing much has occured with the steed for the past month or so, it's not been washed since CSF so decided to give it a clean this evening and go for a quick country blast. A spoiler will happen soon, I promise!
