197 oil change.

Ive just done about 1800k in my 197 and ive decided to get a oil change, i know renault say you dont need on for a 1 year but i think after running the car in, its a good idea..
Has anyone elese done this???

wont do it any harm. get a new filter and some good oil.

i would imagine the engine will be the same as the 172/182 bottem end so sump and filter should be in the same place, the rest is just commen sense

what mileage does renault recommend between the oil change anyway??? I had 30 thousand km on my 1.6 meggy, and now I 'm looking to buy a 197 with little over 10k km on he clock, so would the first service be in 30 k ???? 18 k miles is almost 30 k km isnt it?
