197 - V Car?

Just started toying with the idea of getting a 197 and I've seen this one which says it's on a V Car - I'm guessing this is bad as it's cheap but what does it mean?

V-Car means it's a write off. If you google it I'm sure it will throw it out but Matbrown told me about it when I was going to see a car on "V-car" and didn't know what it meant.
